Bryant Tract
The
Bryant Tract
A truly unique recreational property located in Crenshaw County,
Alabama, the Bryant Tract is approximately 1,900 acres along
approximately 5 miles of the Patsaliga River near the town of Petrey.

We've posted some maps and photos below.
There are a few revisions that need to be made to these maps - most
notably, there is another 100 acres or so on the south end of the
tract that reaches the paved road to the south that goes with the
property. Also, in Section 30 in the middle of the tract,
ONLY the west half of the northwest quarter goes with the
property.
We were asking around $1,500 per acre
for this tract up until a month ago. We are now (September 5,
2007) in the middle of SIGNIFICANT road improvements that will greatly
enhance access to the tract from the north and from the south.
We have not set a new price. If you are interested,
call Bucky Henson at 334-412-2487 for showings and other information.
The tract offers simply outstanding hunting opportunities.
There is merchantable timber, pre-merchantable pine plantations,
cypress swamps, some open water, beaver ponds, etc. on the tract.
We'll add new photos and updated maps as we are able.
