This is simply a terrific piece of hunting land.  We are currently making significant improvements to the roads, pond, fields and hardwood areas.  We'll have new pictures soon.  The whole tract was purchased from a family named "Friday."  We are selling the lower 320 acres and possibly more of the tract.  The tract has deeded access across an established road.

We have just completed extensive road improvements and the renovation of the pond (about 8 acres) in the southeast corner of the property.

The Valley Grande Tract is 320 acres located just north and east of Selma, Alabama.  The tract has mature hardwood flats, planted pines, some open land, and a creek running south through the property. 

This tract has outstanding deer and turkey populations.  All of the surrounding land is managed for quality deer and turkey.

The land lies about a half of a mile from a paved county road and comes with deeded access. 

This place will make someone a terrific recreational tract as well as a sound timberland investment.  The convenience of stores and restaurants in Valley Grande and historic Selma, Alabama are some ten minutes away.

From the I-459/I-65 interchange in Birmingham, this tract is about an hour and a half drive.  It's about an hour from Montgomery.

We are asking $2,500 per acre for this tract.
